Product Design Manager in NYC🗽

I lead design teams that translate complex systems into cohesive, high-quality experiences. I view design as both a craft and a strategic lever, one that enables teams to align around customer needs, make informed product decisions, and scale thoughtfully.

I'm currently at MongoDB, where I lead our design systems team through a shift toward AI-assisted workflows. Across 8 years and 3 different teams at MongoDB, I've consistently been the manager trusted to steady things through organizational change. Before MongoDB, I was a user experience designer at ESPN, working on internal tools that empowered our game schedulers and stats teams.

I earned a B.S. in Human-Centered Design & Engineering with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Washington, and I'm currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA jointly through Columbia University and London Business School to deepen my skillset in strategy and leadership.
